Food products

Our products are food items, so for reasons of safety and hygiene we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number (format DMB-XXXXXX) and we'll make it right.

Cancellations

Because every order is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before it is prepared, you can change or cancel it at that stage — just tell us. Once an order has been prepared or sent out, please contact us and we'll help as best we can.
