By browsing this website or placing an order on it, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before ordering.

1. How an order is placed

This website is used to put an order together. When you place an order you receive an order number (format DMB-XXXXXX) and your order details are sent to us on WhatsApp. We then confirm the order with you directly.

2. No online payment

We do not collect any payment on this website. There is no card, UPI or netbanking step, and we never ask for card or bank details on the site. Payment is arranged with you directly when the order is confirmed.

3. Confirmation is required

An order placed on the website is a request, not a completed sale. It is confirmed only once we have spoken to you and agreed the items, the amount and the delivery. Prices and availability shown on the site may change until then.

4. Food products

Our products are food items. Please store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight after you receive them. We cannot take responsibility for spoilage caused by storage after delivery.

5. Right to decline an order

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price shown on the website was wrong, or if we are unable to deliver to your location. If that happens we will tell you before taking any payment.

6. Your details

Please give a complete delivery address and a phone number that can be reached. If we cannot reach you or the address is incomplete, we may not be able to deliver the order.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
